Return & Refund Policy
BAIYUE TRADING CO., LIMITED aims to ensure your satisfaction with our furniture products. Please read the following return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may submit a return request within 30 days after you receive your order. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and kept in original packaging with all accessories. Custom‑made or specially‑modified furniture items are not eligible for return.
2. Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive damaged, defective or wrong‑shipped goods, please contact us immediately via email with your Order ID and clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging. We will review your case and offer solutions including partial refund, replacement or full refund according to actual situation. For quality‑related issues, we will bear the relevant return costs.
3. Returns for Change of Mind
If you want to return items for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong selection), the buyer shall bear all international return shipping fees and restocking fees. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. We do not cover return freight for non‑quality‑related returns.
4. Return Procedure
- Send return request email to Baiyuemaoyi1@outlook.com, include your Order ID, product name, return reason and photos.
- Wait for our return approval and return instructions. Do not send goods back without our written confirmation.
- Pack the product securely in original packaging and ship to the address we provide.
- After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once returned items pass our inspection, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing time depends on your payment provider, normally 5‑15 business days. We will not refund original outbound shipping cost for change‑of‑mind returns.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
- Custom‑designed, customized‑size furniture products.
- Items that have been assembled, used, scratched or damaged by customer.
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Clearance / discounted items marked as non‑returnable.
7. Partial Refund
If returned goods show signs of wear, damage or incomplete parts, we reserve the right to offer partial refund or reject your return request.
